What community are you talking about? The mainstream community at large frowns upon floggers and kinksters in general. The bdsm community is actually quite flooded with male subs and one has to be impressive to get noticed. This does not preclude those that seek out professional services, but rather attempt to find their own mistresses for personal relationships.

The community is indeed flooded with male subs... Theres this idea that the male sub is frown upon "more" than Female subs because you can think of the role of the "classic" Woman. She stays home, cooks dinner, does laundry... guess what? a Woman that does that is simply not different... She's just a housewife... Now you take the same situation... have a guy do all that.. . what do people say? oh, he is pussy whipped... he is an idiot because his Wife carries the pants in the relationship. Part of the reason why you can see why so many Pro-Dominatrixes, take advantage of this and have clients from all over the place.
