This week's program was a LOT more fun for the two of us.

When you listen, I think you'll hear that Dominion and I are really starting to 'gel' on the air.

The audio quality was a little shaky at times. Sorry about that. It's totally my fault. I'm buying new stuff every week, so it seems like I'm always behind on learning the studio. Hopefully it's not too bad. It will get better, give me time.

We're a week ahead at the moment, so I can tell you that the next show is also really fun to listen to. IMHO.

On fisting: The fister, Get a manicure and wear a glove whether you're going Vaginal or Anal. The fistee: relax.
Enemas are encouraged for Anal fisting and I would go so far as to say for Anal sex. The purpose of which is to flush out any excess fecal matter out of the anal cavity. Do your research first and use common sense.

One thing that you should do with either anal or vaginal is lots, LOTS, of foreplay and lube. I also recommend wearing a latex glove after getting a manicure. Go Slow and let the fistee dictate the rate of progress.
Don't go into the encounter with the goal to fist, You can't just plunge your hand into either hole, your partner has to be coaxed into relaxing enough to allow your hand to be engulfed by them.

A woman's vagina is designed to stretch to accomodate a baby's head, so a fist shouldn't be a problem, but don't make the mistake that any woman can take a fist on the first or even tenth attempt at it. This is my first official post other than introducing myself, hi Smile

I have a question about the whole enema thing. When saying it's dangerous, do you mean an enema where the water really goes up into the colon (like a colonic I would assume)?

What about just shooting water up there but not too far? I've used one of those bulb things before and can't imagine that'd be too dangerous.

I would worry about the intrusive enemas though; the ones with the large enema bags and long hoses, the ones that send water far up into the body. (?)

first off, i am not a doctor, and i do not know for sure the risks of enemas. however, i can theorize, and that's what i am doing here. i'd recommend taking everything i say with a grain of salt. you've been warned *grin*.

the digestive tract is essentially a big fancy tube designed to absorb and secrete stuff. normally, food and water go in one end and waste goes out the other. however, with enemas and suppositories and such, we are kind of tinkering with that process, and with our tinkering, we can bipass the natural regulation that our bodies possess to try to protect ourselves. when we drink too much alcohol, we sometimes end up vomiting, our bodies' way of trying to purge the toxin. however, it is possible to put so much alcohol up one's ass that one can get far more intoxicated far more quickly, before our bodies can tell us it's a bad idea to continue. likewise, a person can flush so much water through his or her colon with a massive enema that even if it's just plain water, it leaches out electrolytes from the body much faster than the body can compensate, resulting in dangerous electrolyte imbalances. i'd imagine a colonic is more likely to result in this problem than an enema, but a more likely predictor of risk is the amount of fluid flushed through the colon/rectum. the rectum is lined with the same thin lining designed to absorb and secrete as the rest of the colon, and thus, using many liters of fluid rectally only could be almost as risky as doing so throughout the rest of the colon.

Is it possible enemas could be confused with colonics, by some?

The whole bag thing, with the tube going way up (way up you know where), I know is still an enema, but I've never done that. The bulb thing just seems to be completely different and not dangerous at all.

Colonics are bullshit. Don't do it. The full enema thing seems to me, to be dangerous, if not done responsibly. But i consider what I have done, with just the bulb and a basically a splash of water up there, to be an enema and can't imagine that is really dangerous.

I don't know if I'm making any sense, but "enema" might mean different things to different people.

Not too impressed with this podcast. I was looking for tips not whining about cleanliness. Miss Dom you seem to have some serious issues with this so it might be nice to have a guest if you bring up the topic again.
