Here is a topic that hasn't been touched yet.
Cock Rings, little circular devices that go around the shaft and scrotum of the penis and cut off circulation coming out of it, thus causing it to engorge with blood and make it last longer.
These things can be made of rubber, leather, steel, or practically any other material.
From experience, I can say that having a cock ring on during an orgasm can enhance it to a certain degree, especially if the cock ring is *slightly* too small. As a medic, I just about fell off the bed reading this. I think I'd have a really hard time keeping a straight face on that call... I'm sure I'd manage to maintain professionalism, but man would that poor person be the butt of firehouse jokes (without identifying information of course) for a loooooong time!
